Pre-orders

At Funiki Store, some products are exclusively available for pre-order. By placing a pre-order, you purchase a product not yet available for immediate shipment, which will be sent as soon as it is available in our warehouse.

Payment is made according to the methods indicated during checkout.

Pre-order cancellation

You can request to cancel your pre-order until the order has been processed for shipment.

Once shipped, the order can no longer be canceled. For any return or refund requests, please consult our Returns and Refunds Policy.

Changes to pre-orders

If you wish to modify an existing pre-order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on the order processing status.
